Our Food and Beverage Supervisor plays an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members on a daily basis.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for building team morale and is key to maintaining standards across the entire food and beverage department.
Duties to include:
· Keeping our Castle Fresh menu available and presented at the right quality standards.
· Compliance with our own high standards whilst meeting all Food Hygiene regulations.
· Achieving agreed levels of sales and gross profits and to minimise wastage.
· Taking fortnightly stocks, obtaining both cost and profit results.
· Ordering stock from nominated suppliers, within agreed stocking levels and implementing effective stock rotation.
· Ensuring daily temperature checks are conducted and recorded for all food and beverage production and storage.
· Have an understanding of IT packages including Microsoft office.
Must be 18 years +.
Will include evenings & weekends
Required to prepare good quality, home style foods in a busy bingo club in Newport to a high standard of quality and presentation.
You will be responsible for stock control and compliance with Food Safety regulations. You will ensure that the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Policy and Legislative Practices are observed and that all cooking processes are carried out in a clean and hygienic manner.
You will ensure that all ingredients are used in accordance with portion size, standardised recipes, and correct cooking methods.
Ideally have industrial catering experience, a current Basic Food Safety certificate and NVQ, C&G or relevant experience.
Must be 18 years +
